The Base Builder Grant is a hands-on funding initiative designed to support creative and impactful projects in the Base ecosystem. Rather than relying on formal applications, the Base team takes a proactive approach—scouting builders directly through platforms like Twitter, Farcaster, and community nominations. Projects that catch their eye are typically those that are: Unique and fun, adding novelty to the on-chain experience Driving user adoption by bringing more people on-chain Already live and impactful, not just an idea, but something real and usable Before issuing a grant, the Base team spends time engaging with the product, testing, using, and evaluating its on-chain presence and impact.
