1. Acceptance and Operator

These Terms are an agreement between you and MOONSTERS DAO LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("MoonHub," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using MoonHub (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform and Crypto Disclosures

MoonHub is a content aggregation and discovery platform for the cryptocurrency and Web3 ecosystem. We curate and display information about news, hackathons, grants, jobs, airdrops, bug bounties, guides, events, and courses.

MoonHub is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, exchange, custodian, fiduciary, tax adviser, or law firm. Nothing on the Platform is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice; an offer or solicitation; a guarantee of results; or an endorsement of a project, token, protocol, or third party.

Digital assets and third-party protocols may involve extreme volatility, illiquidity, fraud, smart-contract defects, cybersecurity incidents, regulatory changes, and loss of some or all value. You are responsible for your own research, decisions, and professional advice.

MoonHub does not execute trades, custody assets, operate a digital-asset marketplace, or determine the market value of any token or NFT. Displaying public blockchain data, eligibility information, or a third-party link is not a recommendation to acquire, hold, or dispose of a digital asset.

3. Accounts and Wallet Connection

• Access to some features requires connecting a Solana wallet and holding qualifying assets.
• You are responsible for your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases.
• MoonHub may request a message signature to prove wallet ownership. The displayed message does not create a blockchain transaction or grant transaction authority. Holding checks are read-only.
• You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access to a MoonHub session.
• Subscribing to a newsletter does not create a MoonHub account. Marketing messages may be stopped at any time through the unsubscribe link.

4. Submissions and User Content

When you submit content, you represent and warrant that:

• The information is accurate and not misleading
• You own it or have all rights needed to submit and license it
• It does not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights or violate law
• It does not promote scams or contain malicious code or links

You retain ownership of your content. You grant MoonHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt for display, publish, distribute, and promote the content through the Platform and MoonHub's related communications. The license lasts while the content is available through MoonHub and for a reasonable backup and archival period afterward. You may request removal, but removal may not affect prior lawful uses or records we must retain.

We may reject, edit for formatting or safety, restrict, or remove content at our discretion. We are not obligated to publish or retain a submission.

5. Copyright and Safety Takedown Requests

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright or other rights, email legal@moonhub.tools with your contact information, identification of the protected work and challenged material, the material's location, a good-faith statement, a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature.

We may remove or restrict challenged material, notify the submitter, and request additional information. Where appropriate, we may terminate users who repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights. Knowingly material misrepresentations in a notice may create liability.

A submitter may send a counter-notice to the same address containing their name, address, and telephone number; a physical or electronic signature; identification and the former location of the removed material; a statement under penalty of perjury of a good-faith belief that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification; consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable United States federal district court (or, if outside the United States, a district where MoonHub may be found); and agreement to accept service of process from the original complainant or that person's agent. This process does not limit any party's legal rights or remedies.

To report intimate imagery shared without the depicted person's consent, including a digitally created or altered depiction, email legal@moonhub.tools with the subject "Urgent Safety Takedown," the exact Platform URL, identification of the depicted person, a statement that the publication was not consented to, and contact information for follow-up. We will promptly review the report and remove prohibited material and known identical copies we can reasonably identify where required by law.

6. Advertising and Payments

MoonHub offers paid advertising placements. Advertising must be truthful, appropriately disclosed, and comply with law and our review requirements. Ads may not promote scams, phishing, fraud, unlawful activity, or deceptive claims. Crypto-related advertising must include appropriate risk disclosures.

Payment does not guarantee approval or publication. Placement begins only after approval, is subject to the purchased duration and inventory, and may be rejected, paused, or removed for legal, security, policy, or reputational reasons. Advertisers are responsible for their creative, destination, claims, permissions, taxes, and compliance. The checkout or order page will disclose the applicable price and placement details.

Paid placements are clearly labeled as sponsored advertising and do not constitute MoonHub's endorsement. Except where the checkout states otherwise or law requires otherwise, a placement is non-refundable after publication begins. If MoonHub rejects a paid placement before publication, we will refund the placement fee unless the rejection results from fraud, sanctions restrictions, unlawful content, or the advertiser's material breach of these Terms. MoonHub does not guarantee impressions, clicks, conversions, or other results.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for an unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
• Gain or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data in bulk without permission
• Submit false, misleading, infringing, malicious, or spam content
• Submit or distribute nonconsensual intimate imagery, sexual-exploitation material, or digitally created or altered intimate depictions
• Impersonate a person or entity
• Interfere with security, infrastructure, availability, or performance
• Use the Platform or a payment method in violation of export controls, economic sanctions, or restrictions administered by the United States or another authority with jurisdiction over you or the transaction

8. MoonHub Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its brand, design, software, and original content, is owned by MoonHub or its licensors and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. Third-party names, marks, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Third-Party Services and Token-Gated Access

Links, wallet software, blockchain networks, payment services, and projects are operated by third parties under their own terms. MoonHub does not control or guarantee them. Token-gated eligibility is based on read-only on-chain verification and may change; uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

Token-gated access is a revocable Platform feature only. Holding a qualifying token or NFT does not create ownership, equity, governance, revenue-sharing, fiduciary, redemption, or other rights in MoonHub or MOONSTERS DAO LLC. Requirements and features may change or be discontinued without compensation, subject to mandatory law. No digital-asset purchase is required to browse MoonHub's public content.

10. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." MoonHub DISCLAIMS EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT CONTENT IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT OR THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MoonHub AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, DIGITAL ASSETS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM THE PLATFORM OR THIRD-PARTY CONTENT OR SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEIR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID MoonHub DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR (B) US $100.

These exclusions and limits do not apply where prohibited, including to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold MoonHub harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, advertising, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by MoonHub's own unlawful conduct.

13. Eligibility and Minors

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. The Platform is not directed to minors. Anyone under 18 may not create an account, connect a wallet, submit content, purchase advertising, or otherwise use the Platform.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or discontinue all or part of the Platform for a violation of these Terms or when reasonably necessary for legal, security, operational, or risk reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, licenses for prior uses and retained records, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and dispute provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised Terms and date here. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice through the Platform or, when appropriate and available, by email. Changes apply prospectively from their effective date. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.

16. Governing Law and Exclusive Venue

These Terms and disputes arising from the Platform are governed by Wyoming law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and MOONSTERS DAO LLC agree that a dispute must be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or, where federal subject-matter jurisdiction exists, in the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming. Each party consents to those courts' personal jurisdiction. This section does not deprive a consumer of protections or venues that cannot lawfully be waived.

17. General Terms

These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement concerning the Platform and supersede prior discussions on that subject. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remainder will remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, merger, sale, or transfer of the Platform. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, except payment obligations. Headings are for convenience only.
