1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Moon Hub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

Moon Hub is a content aggregation and discovery platform for the cryptocurrency and Web3 ecosystem. We curate and display information about news, hackathons, grants, jobs, airdrops, bug bounties, guides, events, and courses.

Moon Hub does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. All content is for informational purposes only. Users should conduct their own research before making any financial decisions.

3. User Accounts & Wallet Connection

• Access to certain features (Moonsters Only sections) requires connecting a Solana wallet and holding qualifying assets.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases.
• Moon Hub may request a message signature to prove wallet ownership. The displayed message does not create a blockchain transaction or grant transaction authority. On-chain holding checks are read-only.

4. Content Submissions

When submitting content to Moon Hub, you represent that:

• The information you provide is accurate and not misleading
• You have the right to share the submitted content
• The submission does not violate any laws, promote scams, or contain malicious links
• Moon Hub reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove any submitted content at our sole discretion

5. Advertising

Moon Hub offers paid advertising placements. Advertisers must comply with our advertising guidelines:

• Ads must not promote scams, phishing, or fraudulent projects
• Crypto-related ads must include appropriate risk disclosures
• All ads are subject to review and approval by our team
• Moon Hub reserves the right to reject or remove any ad at any time

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Platform systems
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data in bulk without permission
• Submit false, misleading, or spam content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with the Platform's infrastructure or performance

7. Intellectual Property

The Moon Hub brand, design, and platform code are proprietary. User-submitted content remains the intellectual property of the submitter, with a non-exclusive license granted to Moon Hub for display and distribution within the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Moon Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Accuracy or completeness of third-party content
• Loss of funds from following information found on the Platform
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
• Actions taken by third-party projects, protocols, or services linked from the Platform

9. Token-Gated Access

Access to Moonsters-only sections is determined by on-chain verification of NFT holdings and token balances. Moon Hub does not guarantee continuous access — qualification requirements and verification may be updated.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

12. Eligibility and Minors

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Platform. The Platform is not directed to minors. Anyone under 18 may not create an account, connect a wallet, submit content, purchase advertising, or otherwise use the Platform.

13. Governing Law and Exclusive Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to the Platform are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and MOONSTERS DAO LLC agree that any such dispute must be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or, where federal subject-matter jurisdiction exists, in the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming. Each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
