Privacy Policy

MoonHub is operated by MOONSTERS DAO LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("MoonHub," "we," or "us"). This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use the Platform.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Wallet Information

When you sign in or use wallet-linked features, we store your public wallet address, a signed-session identifier, and any holder-wallet binding you explicitly verify. The signature proves control of the address and does not authorize a transaction. We never have access to your private keys or seed phrases and cannot initiate transactions on your behalf.

1.2 Usage and Technical Data

With your consent, Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights process page-use, device, regional, and Web Vitals data. Sentry processes application errors and limited diagnostic context for reliability and security. MoonHub disables session replay and configures Sentry not to send default personally identifying information.

1.3 Newsletter and Watchlist

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address, subscription status, and delivery history. Watchlist preferences and notification settings are tied to your wallet address or session.

1.4 Content Submissions

When you submit content, we collect the information you provide in the form and associated moderation records. Approved portions may be published on the Platform.

1.5 Advertising and Payments

Advertising requests contain the company, contact email, creative, and destination URL you provide. Stripe processes payment details and sends us payment status, checkout identifiers, and campaign metadata. MoonHub does not receive full card numbers.

1.6 Device Storage

Your browser stores analytics consent, recent searches, and unfinished submission drafts locally on your device. You can clear these through MoonHub controls or your browser settings.

1.7 Sources of Information

We obtain information directly from you, automatically from your device when you use the Platform, from public blockchain records and Solana RPC providers when you request wallet verification, and from service providers such as Stripe when they report the status of a transaction.

1.8 Information We Do Not Request

MoonHub does not request or store wallet private keys, seed phrases, full payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, biometric identifiers, or precise geolocation through the Platform. Do not include sensitive personal information in free-text submissions or support messages.

2. Purposes and Lawful Bases

Where data-protection law requires a lawful basis, we rely on:

• Contract — to provide requested accounts, wallet-linked features, submissions, advertising, payments, and support
• Consent — for optional analytics and marketing email; consent may be withdrawn at any time
• Legitimate interests — to secure, operate, troubleshoot, improve, and prevent abuse of the Platform, balanced against user rights
• Legal obligations — to maintain tax, accounting, compliance, dispute, and law-enforcement records when required

We use this information to provide the Platform, verify holdings, deliver requested communications, moderate and publish approved submissions, fulfill advertising, process payments, provide support, measure performance, prevent fraud, and comply with law. We do not use solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about users.

3. Disclosures and Service Providers

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only as needed to the following processors and categories of recipients:

• Vercel — hosting, performance, and consented analytics
• Supabase — database and session-related infrastructure
• Upstash — rate limiting and short-lived security data
• Stripe — advertising payment processing
• Solana RPC providers — public on-chain verification
• Brevo — newsletter confirmation, delivery, suppression, and unsubscribe processing
• Zoho — support, privacy, and legal correspondence
• Sentry — error and reliability diagnostics when error monitoring is enabled
• Professional advisers, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or a successor in a corporate transaction when disclosure is lawful and reasonably necessary

4. International Transfers

MoonHub is based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism, we rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as approved standard contractual clauses. Contact us to request information about safeguards relevant to your data.

5. Retention

• Signed sessions expire after at most seven days and can be revoked by signing out.
• Degraded on-chain verification fallback data expires after ten minutes.
• Recent searches and drafts remain on your device until cleared, submitted, or discarded.
• Newsletter records remain while subscribed; limited suppression data is retained afterward so opt-out requests remain effective.
• Submission, advertising, payment, support, security, and audit records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, moderation, fraud prevention, disputes, tax, accounting, security, or other legal obligations.

We determine longer retention periods by considering the nature and sensitivity of the information, operational need, risk of harm, and applicable limitation, tax, accounting, and regulatory periods. Data is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed. Disconnecting a wallet changes client connection state; signing out revokes the server session.

Public blockchain records are maintained by decentralized networks rather than MoonHub. We can delete MoonHub's wallet-linked records when legally required, but we cannot alter or erase information already recorded on a public blockchain.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know or access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and obtain a portable copy of personal information. You may also have the right to appeal our response and to complain to your local data-protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner's Office where applicable.

California residents may request access to categories, sources, purposes, recipients, and specific pieces of personal information; correction; deletion; and information about sale or sharing. MoonHub does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right.

Where applicable, residents may also opt out of targeted advertising, a sale or sharing of personal information, or certain profiling. MoonHub does not currently engage in those activities. We will honor legally recognized preference signals if our practices change in a way that makes them applicable.

Use Cookie settings in the footer to withdraw analytics consent, use the unsubscribe link in marketing email, or email privacy@moonhub.tools for other requests or an appeal. We may verify a request, including by asking you to sign a non-transaction message before disclosing or deleting wallet-linked records. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including HTTPS, access controls, secure database connections, and read-only on-chain verification. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

8. Minors

MoonHub is a general-audience service for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we obtain actual knowledge that a child under 13 supplied personal information, or learn that another minor used the Platform, we will take appropriate steps to delete the information and comply with applicable law. Contact privacy@moonhub.tools if you believe a minor provided information to MoonHub.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy and date here. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice through the Platform or, when appropriate and available, by email before the change takes effect.
