Solana Foundation Grants and Funding

About this Grant

Solana Foundation provides key funding paths for startups and builders in its ecosystem, including Public Good Grants and Convertible Grants. Public Good Grants support open-source contributions, such as tooling, documentation, or core infrastructure, that benefit the broader Solana community. These grants are milestone-based and designed to accelerate ecosystem-wide innovation and collaboration. On the other hand, Convertible Grants start off as non-dilutive support but can convert to investments if the project hits certain milestones, like raising a priced round or hitting growth targets. Projects are evaluated on factors like innovation, execution ability, ecosystem impact, and alignment with Solana’s values. Whether you’re building public goods or prepping for venture-backed scale, the Foundation provides a flexible path to support.
