We re fully remote, with team members across the U.S.About the roleWe are seeking an experienced attorney to join our legal team as Senior Counsel, Commercial. This role will work closely with business development, partnerships, marketing, operations, and other commercial teams to structure, negotiate, and execute the agreements that support Ondo s growth.The Senior Counsel, Commercial will serve as a practical and commercially minded legal partner across a broad range of strategic relationships and transactions. This individual will lead negotiations, advise stakeholders on contractual and regulatory risk, and develop scalable processes that enable the business to move quickly while protecting Ondo s interests.The ideal candidate has significant experience negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements within financial services, fintech, blockchain, or another high-growth technology business.
