These are user-facing infrastructure that developers use to write, test, compile, and deploy their Solidity contracts for Ethereum networks. The Hardhat suite of products is widely used in the ecosystem, and supports developers end to end, from early experimentation to production systems with billions in on-chain capital at stake. br gt; br gt;The EDR (Ethereum Development Runtime) team builds a high-performance runtime in Rust for developer tooling.
