Responsibilities Manage and execute global fiat asset investment activities across approved traditional finance products Identify suitable investment opportunities for fiat treasury balances with consideration for liquidity, safety, yield, and duration Monitor and optimize treasury asset allocation across cash, deposits, money market instruments, fixed income products, and other approved TradFi investment vehicles Conduct market analysis and evaluate macroeconomic trends, interest rate environments, and counterparty conditions to support investment decisions Work closely with internal treasury and finance teams to align investment strategies with liquidity planning, operational funding needs, and capital management priorities Assess and manage investment-related risks, including liquidity risk, market risk, counterparty risk, and concentration risk Build and maintain relationships with banks, asset managers, custodians, and other financial counterparties globally Support the development and enhancement of treasury investment frameworks, policies, controls, and reporting processes Track portfolio performance and prepare regular investment reports, analysis, and re...
