Your Role Moonsong Labs (MSL) is hiring a senior Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery and client success for service engagements. This role is accountable for delivery outcomes (scope, timeline, budget, and client confidence) and partners closely with Principal Engineers, who are responsible for technical architecture and execution. The Delivery Manager is the accountable owner of the engagement - ensuring projects are well-run, risks are proactively managed and clients have high confidence in how their engagement is being delivered. They work in close partnership with a Principal Engineer, who owns technical direction. This is a senior delivery leadership role, not a project coordination function. What you ll do: Own the post-sale client relationship and serve as the primary point of accountability for delivery. Translate client goals and SOWs into clear delivery plans, milestones, priorities, and dependencies. Own scope, timeline, budget, and change control, ensuring delivery remains commercially healthy. Proactively identify risks, delays, and tradeoffs; surface them early and drive resolution. Drive execution against plan, coordinate team priorities, remove blockers, and maintain momentum.
