Our clipping division turns client content into short-form volume across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. /p gt; p gt; strong gt;The Role /strong gt; /p gt; p gt;We re hiring a Clipping Specialist to run clipping campaigns end to end. You ll recruit and manage clippers, set the briefs and rate structures, track output and views, and make sure the content actually performs instead of just existing. /p gt; p gt;This is an operator role with real numbers attached. You ll be responsible for what a campaign delivers. /p gt; p gt; strong gt;What You ll Do /strong gt; /p gt; ul gt; li gt;Recruit, onboard, and manage networks of clippers /li gt; li gt;Write briefs that give clippers what they need to hit the brand and the format /li gt; li gt;Set rate structures — per clip, per thousand views, bonuses and tiers /li gt; li gt;Track submissions, view counts, and payouts across dozens of accounts /li gt; li gt;Verify authenticity and flag botted or fraudulent views before we pay /li gt; li gt;Report campaign performance to account managers and clients /li gt; li gt;Source and cut source material with the content team when needed /li gt; li gt;Keep a pipeline of reliable clippers so campaigns can spin up fast /li gt; /ul gt; p gt; strong gt;What We re Looking For /strong gt; /p gt; ul gt; li gt;Experience running or participating in clipping campaigns /li gt; li gt;Deep in TikTok, Reels, and Shorts — you know what performs and why /li gt; li gt;Organized with numbers.
