We re a small, fast team where people own their accounts outright. /p gt; p gt; strong gt;The Role /strong gt; /p gt; p gt;We re looking for a Community Manager to own the day-to-day of Discord and Telegram communities for our casino and crypto clients. You ll be the voice of the brand inside the server — driving daily engagement, running promotions, moderating, and turning a quiet channel into one people check on their own. /p gt; p gt;This is a hands-on operator role, not a strategy role. You ll be in the chat every day. /p gt; p gt; strong gt;What You ll Do /strong gt; /p gt; ul gt; li gt;Own daily engagement across client Discord and Telegram servers /li gt; li gt;Plan and run comps, giveaways, and promotions that drive retention /li gt; li gt;Moderate: enforce rules, remove scam and spam, manage bad actors /li gt; li gt;Set up and maintain bots, roles, channels, and onboarding flows /li gt; li gt;Escalate community sentiment and product issues to the client /li gt; li gt;Report weekly on member growth, activity, and what s working /li gt; li gt;Coordinate with our KOL and clipping teams so campaigns land in-server /li gt; li gt;Document your processes so any account can be picked up cleanly /li gt; /ul gt; p gt; strong gt;What We re Looking For /strong gt; /p gt; ul gt; li gt;3+ years running Discord or Telegram communities, ideally for a brand or project /li gt; li gt;Crypto or iGaming experience strongly preferred /li gt; li gt;Native to Discord and X — you understand how these communities actually behave /li gt; li gt;Available and responsive during peak hours, including some nights and weekends /li g...
