Corporate amp; Legal Administrator Location: LausanneWorking rate: 100%Hybrid: currently 2 to 3 days per week in the office, which may increase to up to 4 days as the team grows. Banks, exchanges and regulators across Europe need to trust us. As our Corporate amp; Legal Administrator, you ll make sure every entity, file and signature across the group is in perfect order. You ll own our corporate housekeeping end to end and work directly with the founders and the Legal team. This is not a classic admin role: we use AI tools every day and want you to help us rethink how this work gets done. You will: Own day-to-day entity maintenance across multiple regulated entities in Switzerland and the EU: domiciliation, annual filings, commercial register updates, corporate registers and routine corporate secretarial actions. Prepare and manage KYB and KYC documentation packs for banks, crypto exchanges and commercial partners, and keep them up to date. Run contract management: intake, signature, archiving, versioning and tracking of renewals and key deadlines. Support the Legal team with signature workflows and board and shareholder documentation.
