Job Overview The Project Management Associate supports CleanSpark s Project Management Office (PMO) in coordinating work across all portfolios and advancing key PMO priorities. Working within the Enterprise Delivery Model, the associate helps teams organize plans, maintain reliable project information, track commitments, and prepare clear reporting. This role partners with project and portfolio leaders and cross-functional teams to strengthen follow-through, surface dependencies, and improve how work is delivered across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities Coordinate project and portfolio activities across functions, helping teams align milestones, deliverables, owners, and follow-up actions. Maintain schedules, action logs, risk and issue registers, decision records, and project documentation using PMO standards. Collect and validate status updates; prepare dashboards, summaries, and presentations for project reviews and PMO reporting. Track dependencies and outstanding commitments across portfolios; flag conflicts, delays, and information gaps to the appropriate leaders.
