We are a global payments and digital asset exchange business. As Head of Treasury, you will own how money moves, sits and is protected across our entities, currencies, banks and crypto venues. You will report to the Finance Director and build and lead the treasury function as we scale into new markets. Responsibilities Liquidity amp; Cash Management Own global liquidity across entities, currencies, banking partners and payment channels, including prefunding and settlement funding. Monitor cash positions, intercompany transfers and funding needs. Produce short-, medium- and long-term cash forecasts. Optimize capital efficiency and minimize idle balances while meeting operational and regulatory requirements. Customer Funds amp; Counterparty Risk Ensure customer funds are safeguarded and segregated in line with regulatory requirements in each jurisdiction. Set and monitor counterparty limits across banks, payment channels, custodians and trading venues. Manage concentration risk. FX amp; Crypto Exposure Management Manage foreign currency, crypto and stablecoin exposure arising from payments, settlement and treasury operations. Design and execute hedging and risk mitigation strategies, including funding needs for crypto and fiat operations.
