About You We are looking for a highly proactive, detail-oriented Financial Analyst with 1-2 years of professional experience to join our fast-paced finance team. In this role, you will be the backbone of the finance team, taking ownership of essential record maintenance, high-volume data scrubbing, and detailed reconciliations. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to build upon their foundational skill set in corporate finance and accounting while supporting complex month-end close processes, strategic financial analysis, and workflow automation. Responsibilities Data Maintenance amp; Record Keeping: Maintain, scrub, and organize large sets of financial records, ensuring absolute data integrity across ledgers and reporting systems. Reconciliations amp; Variance Investigation: Perform detailed weekly and monthly reconciliations (e.g., bank, revenue, crypto balance), including the rigorous investigation of variances and discrepancies. Pre/Post-close Preparation amp; Support: Assist the accounting team by organizing, reviewing, and cleaning up pre-close items, ensuring financial data is accurately prepared for the month-end close process.
