The HRIS Manager will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the company s HR information systems, with Workday as the core platform. This role will partner closely with HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, and external vendors to ensure HR systems are scalable, secure, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs across multiple markets. Responsibilities Manage the configuration, maintenance, enhancement, testing, and upgrade of HR applications, systems, and modules, with a primary focus on Workday. Provide day-to-day system support, troubleshooting, user guidance, and issue resolution for HRIS users and stakeholders. Partner with HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders to identify process gaps, system improvement opportunities, and automation requirements; recommend and implement appropriate solutions. Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday integrations with internal and external systems, including ATS (Greenhouse), Finance and Procurement systems, employee portals, and other business applications.
