Story HighlightsAave V4 deposits on Arc have crossed $300 million, strengthening the protocol’s expansion into new lending markets.
Tokenized Coinbase-issued stocks are opening new collateral opportunities for USDC borrowing through Aave V4.
AAVE’s next move depends on whether buyers reclaim chart resistance and sustain the recent recovery.
Aave price is back in focus as the lending protocol expands into tokenized equities and new blockchain markets. Aave V4 deposits on Circle’s Arc have surpassed $300 million, adding momentum to its growth strategy. Meanwhile, tokenized U.S. stocks are creating new opportunities to borrow against equity exposure through decentralized finance. However, AAVE price has pulled back after testing major resistance, leaving traders watching whether renewed protocol growth can support another move higher toward $200.
AAVE V4 Deposits and Tokenized Stocks Expand DeFi Lending
Aave’s expansion is increasingly focused on connecting decentralized lending with traditional financial markets. Two developments are putting the protocol’s growth strategy in focus. Aave V4 deposits on Arc surpass $300 million. The milestone highlights early activity on Circle’s Arc blockchain and adds to Aave’s effort to expand its lending infrastructure across different markets. Continued deposit growth could support deeper liquidity, but sustained borrowing demand will be essential for turning that expansion into stronger protocol activity.
Tokenized stocks open a new collateral market. Aave V4’s Equities Hub on Base supports eligible Coinbase-issued tokenized U.S. stocks as collateral for USDC borrowing. This allows eligible users to access liquidity against tokenized equity positions without immediately selling them, creating another potential source of lending demand.
These developments strengthen Aave’s fundamental outlook, but the impact on AAVE’s price is not automatic. Deposit growth does not necessarily translate into higher token demand. Sustained borrowing activity, protocol revenue and the token’s role in Aave’s broader ecosystem will remain important indicators.
Aave Price Analysis: Can AAVE Break Toward $200?
AAVE’s price chart shows a strong recovery from its lower trading range, followed by a breakout through intermediate resistance. The rally carried the token toward the upper resistance zone, where sellers emerged and triggered a pullback. The immediate challenge is whether buyers can defend the intermediate support zone and rebuild momentum. Holding above this area would preserve much of the recent recovery and leave room for another attempt at resistance.
A sustained daily close above the upper resistance zone, supported by stronger trading volume, would strengthen the bullish setup. If buying pressure continues, $200 becomes an important upside target. However, AAVE needs to clear the resistance overhead before that level becomes a credible next move.
