Why Is CHR’s Price Up Today?
Chromia (CHR) is up 6.69% to $0.0204 in the past 24 hours, outperforming the broader crypto market, which gained 2.4%. The rise appears to be driven by a wider market rally and increased buying interest in altcoins.
Bitcoin climbed 2.27% to $82,772.72 during the same period, while CHR’s gain was nearly three times Bitcoin’s, showing that the token attracted stronger buying interest during the market recovery.
Looking ahead, CHR needs to hold above $0.020 to maintain its upward move. If buying continues, the token could retest resistance near $0.022. On the downside, a break below $0.0195 could push the price toward its 30-day moving average near $0.018.
Chromia (CHR) Price Prediction For 2026
Since the demand for AI has boomed, Chromia is increasingly positioning itself in the AI sector. After launching its AI Inference Extension testnet, the project is working toward building on-chain AI agent economies, allowing data-intensive AI applications to run directly on its relational blockchain.
However, adoption is still in its early stages.
Despite its mainnet launch, Chromia’s Total Value Locked (TVL) remains around $740,000, indicating that network usage is still limited. As a result, CHR’s price continues to be driven more by market sentiment than by strong on-chain demand.
