XRP’s latest rebound has sharply reversed, pushing the price back toward $1.28 and a key demand zone. The rejection from descending resistance keeps the bearish structure intact, with buyers needing a stronger response to prevent another leg lower.
Ripple Price Analysis: The Daily Chart
On the daily timeframe, XRP remains within a descending channel following its September peak. The recent recovery toward $1.37–$1.40 encountered the channel’s upper boundary before reversing, reinforcing the sequence of lower highs. Consecutive bearish candles have since pushed the price back into the highlighted $1.25–$1.32 demand zone.
This region previously supported a meaningful rebound, but the latest return shows that buyers have been unable to sustain that recovery. A decisive daily close below $1.25 would confirm a loss of the demand zone and could expose $1.20, followed by the next highlighted support area around $1.09–$1.14.
Conversely, holding demand and reclaiming $1.32 would provide an initial improvement. However, Ripple would still need to overcome descending resistance and the recent $1.37–$1.40 rejection area to interrupt the bearish structure. The broader $1.48–$1.53 supply zone remains a significant barrier beyond that.
XRP/USDT 4-Hour Chart
The 4-hour chart highlights a liquidity sweep above the earlier high near $1.39. The asset briefly moved through that level into the $1.38–$1.40 supply zone, where descending channel resistance provided additional confluence. The rapid reversal back beneath the prior high suggests a failed breakout, followed by renewed bearish momentum.
The price is now testing the upper boundary of the $1.25–$1.28 demand zone. A limited bounce remains possible, but the speed of the decline and absence of a sustained bullish response keep another test of $1.25 as the main near-term risk. Losing that boundary would expose fresh lows and potentially extend the move toward the channel’s lower trendline.
For buyers to improve the short-term outlook, XRP needs to recover $1.30–$1.32 and establish a higher low. A subsequent break above descending resistance would ease immediate pressure, although the $1.38–$1.40 supply zone remains the key hurdle to a more convincing reversal.
