South Korea wants the won open for business while Seoul sleeps... The Bank of Korea began trial runs of a 24-hour won settlement network today with Kookmin, Woori, Hana and Shinhan banks. A first test transfer of about 1.4 billion won cleared this morning. Foreign investors
